Ginger Macadamia Chocolate Bark
Take advantage of dark chocolate’s antioxidant benefits in this deliciously sweet, yet dark and rich bark. You’ll delight all of your taste buds with the flavors of buttery macadamia nuts and ghee, bitter dark chocolate and spicy ginger, with just the right about of sweetness. Feel free to sub in stevia for the Swerve, just be sure to taste as you go using a little bit at a time.
- 1 bag (8.8 oz) 100% dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp ghee
- 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner's Style Sweetener
- 2 Tbsp grated ginger
- Pinch fine sea salt
- 1/4 cup salted macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
Line an 8-x-8-inch pan with parchment paper.
In a small pot, add the chocolate and ghee. Melt over low heat. Stir in the Swerve, ginger, and salt.
Pour into the pan. Top with macadamia nuts. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour, or until firm. Remove and use a knife to cut into bite-sized pieces.
