Reese’s Peanut Butter Fat Bombs
Two great tastes that taste great together! Nothing quite compares to the combination of peanut butter and chocolate. These are our son Reese’s favorite!!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 8 tsp natural peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 5-10 drops liquid stevia
Instructions
Directions:
Stir 2 tablespoons of the coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of the protein powder together. Add ½ the amount of stevia drops.
Spoon into 8 mini muffin cups on the bottom and up the sides. Place in freezer for 5 minutes. Remove.
Spoon 1 teaspoon of nut butter onto the center of each chocolate layer. Stir remaining oil, protein powder and stevia together. Cover the nut butter and place back in freezer until firm.
