Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 8 teaspoons natural peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 5-10 drops liquid stevia drops

Directions

  1. Stir 2 tablespoons of the coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of the protein powder together. Add ½ the amount of stevia drops.

  2. Spoon into 8 mini muffin cups on the bottom and up the sides (silicone cups work best). Place in freezer for 5 minutes. Remove.

  3. Spoon 1 teaspoon of nut butter onto the center of each chocolate layer. Stir remaining oil, protein powder and stevia together. Cover the nut butter and place back in freezer until firm.
