Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound ground beef (85/15)
  • 3 cups spinach, torn
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Directions

  1. Place the butter in a skillet and heat over medium.

  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add beef and brown on all sides for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes. When beef is cooked through and mushrooms are tender, add the spinach and stir for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. You can serve this over a bed of more spinach, or shredded zucchini, if desired.
