Nutrition is pretty amazing! The more I learn about nutrition and how the body uses food to maintain and repair itself, the more it causes me to marvel and worship our Creator. However, there seems to be a lot of confusion around nutrition. Nevertheless, it’s a subject that God intended to be very simple. There are plenty of books and theories out there so it’s hard to know what to do, especially when so many of them offer conflicting advice. Should your diet be low-fat or low-carb? Should you follow a Paleo Diet, Vegan Diet, Macrobiotic Diet, or Ketogenic Diet? What about regional diets like the Mediterranean Diet and the Brazilian Diet? And what should we do about counting calories?
